Bridge to Reading Kindergarten Small Kit includes materials for up to 15 students and builds the earliest foundations for confident reading through explicit, systematic instruction in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, oral language, vocabulary, and comprehension. Students begin connecting sounds, letters, words, and meaning through predictable routines, early morphology, learning readiness routines, and guided practice that supports focus, engagement, and growth.

In addition to the print curriculum, Bridge to Reading includes a digital subscription to myHeggerty, which provides teachers with access to digital lesson support, assessment tools, instructional resources, and embedded professional learning designed to support planning, delivery, and responsive instruction.
