Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping Methods & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer Standard Ground shipping for all domestic orders.

Large or Bulk Orders
Orders that exceed standard parcel size or weight limits may be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers. These shipments may require additional coordination and extended transit times.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to Canada and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
- Canada: Delivery varies by province and can be impacted by customs which can extend transit times.
- Other International Destinations (e.g., Ireland): Transit times vary significantly by region and are generally longer than domestic shipments. Delivery estimates will be provided by the carrier at the time of shipment.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Heggerty ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Heggerty is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order (excluding Canada). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Heggerty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
